We've had the electrical outlets covered for a while, but we realized it was now time to get more serious with our baby-proofing around here. Excuse the white trash baby diaper look, but that's how she rolls before bedtime most nights. :) So anyway, we now have a gate on the stairs to our basement. (We need another gate for the top of our stairs, but it has a banister, so does anyone have any reccommendations for that?)
And JM also installed cabinet locks. This one is a HUGE deal. She constantly went in the cabinets and it was getting really annoying. Since we are renting, we got the magnet type cabinet locks (so we didn't actually have to drill into the cabinets), and anyway, I can't tell you how many times I've already forgotten and tried to just open them without getting the little magnet key.

And oh my - I wish I had a picture for what I am about to tell yall. I was putting my laundry away in my closet and she was playing in my bathroom and I stuck my head around the corner to check on her and I found her huddled over the toliet. She had dropped a whole roll of toliet paper into it and then was trying to start splashing the water. She loves the water. Ugh, but anyway, it was just one of those moments that I'm sure there are going to be plenty more of with her! :)

Oh HEY cute outfit! LOL Seriously its my fav! And you're right the socks are the WORST, but they were too cute to pass up darnit!
LOL Landon tries to get in the toilet now too, it's awful, I've never had to buy one of the baby proof toilet things but I think I'm going to have to w/ Landon! He's fascinated w/ the toilet, I'm afraid he will try to get IN it.
I've tagged you - go to my blog to see what to do.
I've managed to avoid living in a house with stairs since having kids - yeah! otherwise I know we would have more ER visits by now. And I don't mind a lot that they get into but the toilet seriously drives me crazy. At her age (and until potty training starts) I just keep the bathroom door shut -Good Luck!
That first picture is hilarious! We need to put up things on the door knobs- Hannah is now tall enough to reach and has figured out how to open doors! The baby proofing never ends!
