It all started with these Hershey candy cane kisses last year. Oh my gosh, I devoured them! After Christmas, I bought several bags too when they went on sale. They are so good! I never knew chocolate and peppermint would be so good!
Then I got these Oreo candy cane peppermint cookies at Wal-Mart. Wow...they are good too! (P.S. I think this is an older picture of the package - I just grabbed one off the internet!)
And then finally, we tried these! I love Blue bunny's ice cream sandwiches anyway, so really I couldn't expect any less from them! But these peppermint ice cream sandwiches are so yummy! I'm sure I could go through the whole box. 
Any seasonal peppermint (or otherwise) food items that you like? I'm getting hungry just thinking about it all! YUM-O!!

I highly recommend Eddy's Peppermint ice cream. OH MY GOODNESS! We buy it almost every single week it is available. Also not peppermint but the cherry cordial hershey kisses are incredible!
I love chocolate and peppermint together, David on the other hand........not so much. I made homemade hot chocolate this weekend with candy canes and it was delish. Here is the link:

Starbucks peppermint mocha. Holy cow.. to die for. I get it with skim milk and no whipped cream to save calories and it's still like the best treat on a cold morning.

I love them too! I lived on them last year when I was pregnant and now Lily loves them just as much as I do too. I would love to try the ice cream sandwhiches but Walmart is the only place that sells Blue Bunny around here and I am not brave enough to go there this close to Christmas.

Go right now and get the Dove dark chocolate and peppermint bark candies. They have Martha Stewart tips on the wrappers, and they are totally divine!
I have been totally hooked on Trader Joe's Peppermint Joe-Joes. (Think Peppermint Oreos, but richer and creamier.) The thing is, I really don't care for traditional Oreos. These peppermint ones? I can't seem to get enough of them!
I totally want to try Bakerella's Oreo Truffle recipe using them. It has to be a good winter treat!
The peppermint kisses are THE BOMB! I bought a ton after Christmas last year and hid them from the kids! I am having a hard time finding them this year. Target is all sold out and my WM didnt get any! I will have to try the Ice Cream stuff!
I'll take the blame for the candy cane kisses. I think I'm the one that started that craze.
So very addictive but when they're only around a couple of months out of the year it's okay to splurge, right?
