Dear Baby Charlie,

Dear Sweet Baby Charlie, 

I am currently 29 weeks pregnant with you and we are anxiously awaiting your arrival.  

I am excited about getting your room ready! We finished the crib and I can't believe there there is an actual crib that is ready for a baby in there.  I have a lot more that needs to be done, but I'm just so incredibly humbled that I even get a chance to decorate a new nursery. 

I've also started hanging up some of your clothes and putting the onesies in a drawer.  Jenna is so very excited about wearing matching/coordinating clothes with you!  She is just so excited about you in general.  I've told her that she is going to have a best friend for life and I know she is going to make an excellent big sister to you.

More than anything, sweet baby Charlie, we want you to know just how much we've been wanting you.  I've been wanting you for years now.  You are already special because of this.  Jenna and I went to the library last week and I saw this book.  You are already loved, baby Charlie.  Even right now, when it's only the pure thought of you.

Oh, and Baby Charlie, don't worry - Your name isn't really going to be Charlie.  That's just what Jenna has been calling you.  We still haven't decided on your name.  We may even have to wait until your born to decide.  But naming you seems like just a small detail on this journey to you.  We'll figure it out.  Whatever it is, I can't wait to meet you.
