Why do I love to blog?

It's really quite simple. I've always loved taking photos and documenting things.  I love looking back on it all - even the small stuff.  The small stuff is just as important to me because that's what makes up most of life.  So, I don't want to forget any of it.  That's why I love to blog.  

Why the Story of 5?

A long, long, long time ago I had another blog. It was The Story of Us on typepad. I loved my typepad blog, but it was costing $4.95 a month and I was about to become a stay at home mom.  So, I went to blogger and the story of us was already taken.  So, I chose the story of 5 to represent us all including our doggies. :)  

When I found out I was pregnant with our 2nd baby, John Michael gave me a sweet Christmas present.  He reserved The Story of 6 for me.  For some reason, I knew I wanted to wait until I transferred to that domain.  I used to think I'd want to change it to update when we do finally have another baby. However, I think now that I'm just sticking with story of 5 - it just seems normal now and I can't imagine changing it.   


I'm sure there is more to add, but I'm going to leave it at this now.  If you have any questions about my blog or why I love to blog, or anything like that - feel free to ask and I'll try and post them here!
